She later served as VP of Compliance at EverChain before assuming her current role, in which she leads the organization's compliance management system, including internal and external audits, quality and call monitoring, and reporting to the board of directors and president while partnering with general counsel. Jackson holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree, RMAI certification, and a CCCO certification from ACA. She is recognized for her leadership in developing professionals, having mentored numerous individuals with no prior industry experience to advance in their careers, and she actively supports other women navigating the male-dominated field.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice that someone has given to me is to just keep going. I had a first woman mentor that I had that was a chief compliance officer for EverChain. Her name is Jen Wilson. Jen was the first woman to literally pour into me and to believe in me and give me an opportunity that I was not afforded being under male leadership, and Jen would just tell me to just keep going.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice that I would give to someone coming in this industry is that it's not going to be easy, but if you continue to work hard, and you learn as much as you can, you can certainly grow in this industry. It is rewarding at some point, but in order to get there, you just have to work hard, don't take no for an answer. And you have to put in the work.
