Dominican-born and Bronx-raised, Shantel’s work is deeply rooted in real-life experience, cultural understanding, and accessibility. She is the founder of Passions for Profits, a financial education platform focused on financial literacy, credit education, budgeting, investing, and generational wealth—delivered in a relatable, judgment-free way. She is also the co-founder of Passions for ELEV8TION, a women-led brand that curates transformative events, retreats, and wellness experiences centered on mind, body, and soul alignment.

As a new mother and co-founder of The Mommy Village, Shantel is passionate about supporting women through every season of life—especially motherhood—by creating safe spaces for growth, accountability, education, and sisterhood. Her work bridges financial empowerment with mindset, mental health awareness, and holistic wellness, recognizing that true success starts within.
