About Shantikwa
Shantikwa Smith-Griffin is a veteran entrepreneur, global sales leader, and revenue and sales enablement professional based in Dallas, Texas. With more than 15 years of sales experience and over nine years in leadership, she specializes in revenue growth, sales strategy, sales enablement, and building high-performing distributed teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Her professional background includes leading, recruiting, training, and coaching sales professionals and leaders while developing structured onboarding, performance management, and KPI-driven systems.
In addition to her corporate leadership career, Shantikwa is the founder of Remote Revolutions LLC, a small business focused on scalable remote workforce solutions for federal and commercial service contracts. The company provides staffing, sales, customer service, administrative support, data processing, lead generation, and remote workforce deployment services across areas such as final expense, auto, home services, solar, and medical billing. Her experience also includes account management, full-cycle sales, business development, and coaching sales representatives, with a strong emphasis on building efficient teams and sustainable revenue pipelines.
Shantikwa's leadership foundation was strengthened through her service in the U.S. Army, where she developed expertise in operations, logistics, discipline, and high-accountability team management. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas, with academic exposure to psychology, political science, entrepreneurship, and business administration, as well as professional certifications in areas including Scrum and Agile practices and paralegal studies. She is passionate about mentorship, continuous learning, entrepreneurship, and creating opportunities through remote work, encouraging others to embrace challenges, pursue growth, and avoid disqualifying themselves from opportunities.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Honestly God is my key source to everything. One day I was just praying for purpose praying for direction and he gave it to me. Everything that is attached to me every accomplishment is because of him.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Everything is no problem. And what that pretty much means is that every problem can be solved in some type of way. You know I've learned to not stress over issues that come because there's a solution somewhere.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't disqualify yourself before anyone else can actually consider you for an opportunity. I think that sometimes women look at opportunities and they focus on one or two qualifications that they feel like they don't have instead of looking at everything that they bring to the table. What I've learned is in walking to rooms that most mostly are male-dominated just bringing together and knowing my experiences and knowing the unconventional ones have value as well. I would say to learn continue to learn. And what matters the most is you being able and willing to grow adapt and you know keep pushing yourself in the rooms that actually do challenge you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
When it comes to really any profession but especially when you're working with people and I personally I work with people internationally. So one of my chances really being able to connect with everyone because here in the United States it's completely different with people in Pakistan or Jamaica and Africa and different places like that. And so just being able to fill in the gap and be able to relate to them as well. That has been the biggest challenge.
