Shaquandra L White

Shaquandra White is a healthcare administration professional based in Orlando, Florida, currently serving as Practice Operational Supervisor in the cardiology department’s electrophysiology division at Orlando Health. In this role, she oversees procedure scheduling, manages provider blocks, and assists with anesthesia monitoring, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, providers, and clinical teams. Shaquandra applies systems thinking to clinical operations, streamlining processes and enhancing patient experiences while supporting providers and hospital staff.

Shaquandra began her healthcare career after earning dual master’s degrees in Health Administration and Business Administration, following an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She initially pursued a career as a physician assistant but found her passion in healthcare administration, quickly advancing from scheduling roles to senior scheduling lead and eventually to supervisory positions. She is committed to operational excellence, bridging communication gaps between patients and providers, and leveraging practical experience to improve departmental efficiency.

Outside of her professional work, Shaquandra is actively involved in community service through the Masons and Eastern Stars organizations, leading initiatives such as backpack drives, fundraising events, and support programs for underprivileged children. She also enjoys lion dancing, kickboxing, and public speaking, emphasizing the importance of education, resilience, and community engagement. Shaquandra aspires to earn a doctorate in health science and eventually lead a hospital while teaching the next generation of healthcare administrators.
