One of the biggest challenges in sales operations and analytics is balancing rapid growth with operational stability, ensuring that data practices scale alongside organizational ambitions. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to unlock insights, streamline execution, and empower teams with better decision-making tools. I am focused on aligning strategic priorities with actionable operational frameworks to lead effectively in this evolving landscape.
