About Sharea

She is a dedicated nonprofit leader and community engagement professional with over a decade of experience in membership strategy, event management, and program coordination, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Black Leaders Detroit, where she creates and implements membership growth strategies, manages marketing campaigns, plans signature events including Ride for Equity and Detroit Drip, and serves as the key liaison for partnerships and events. Prior to this role, she served as Program Associate at Detroit Public Schools Community District, supporting family and community engagement, and as Attendance Coordinator, where she increased overall attendance by 3%.
