I take pride in my work and in knowing that my customers are taken care of. That's what matters most to me. When I was out on medical leave, my boss reached out to tell me that my emails had gone up and things had been nuts, and she said it just proves to me how much I need you back. That felt really good to hear. Throughout my career, I've focused on continuous growth. I didn't give up with just knowing what I need to do for the job. I continued to grow with the company and take advantage of the different programs they have available. I took a Microsoft Outlook program where I learned how to categorize emails, sort emails, and organize everything efficiently. Through that, I've been able to set up programs and rules in my computer so that when I log in, all the emails automatically go out of my inbox and into different folders. I've become a resource person for my colleagues. People come to me because I've shared my knowledge, and now they know Sharon told me how to do this, or Sharon might know how to do this because she worked with me through that. I like being needed, and I think that's the best part of the job, knowing that people can come to me.
