Her Interview
Ten minutes with SHARON
01What do you attribute your success to?
My foundation in God and the spiritual foundation laid by my parents. Without him I would not be able to have the character that I need to develop into the young lady that I'm pursuing to be.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never stop learning. Don't ever feel like you've learned enough. Learn to know a little or a lot in diverse areas so that way you can multitask yourself and offer yourself in different ways and have multiple streams of income.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in your gifts and talents. Believe in yourself and don't give up. God gave them to you to use. Sometimes we use our gifts for other people and organizations but don't know how to use them for the development of ourselves as we should.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is keeping up with technology. Opportunities in my field right now include the various avenues to learning something new and using fresh ideas for new clients.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Love is the number one value because if you don't have love for what you do for other people then you're going to lack any values. Love covers any core values. Integrity is also key because if you love you're gonna have integrity.
