She is a distinguished communications and advancement leader with over two decades of experience in strategic communications, donor relations, and nonprofit leadership, currently serving as Director of Communications at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, where she has built a high-performing team from the ground up, managed a $750K budget, and supported initiatives impacting nearly 30,000 lives annually. She led a full-scale brand transformation, contributed to a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign raising nearly $12M, and boosted CEO social media reach from 400 to 6,000 views. She formalized PR strategy, resulting in a 200% increase in media placements, produced and monetized three seasons of a podcast, and launched analytics dashboards to optimize digital strategy. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Donor Communications and Stewardship and Interim VP of Fundraising at LSS, and as Founder and Chief Communications Strategist at Women's Care Center of Milwaukee, where she founded the center, oversaw two facilities serving over 24,000 clients, and welcomed 10,000 babies. She also served as Sr. Marketing Strategist at Kahler Slater.
