She is a distinguished communications and advancement leader with over two decades of experience in strategic communications, donor relations, and nonprofit leadership, currently serving as Director of Communications at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, where she has built a high-performing team from the ground up, managed a $750K budget, and supported initiatives impacting nearly 30,000 lives annually. She led a full-scale brand transformation, contributed to a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign raising nearly $12M, and boosted CEO social media reach from 400 to 6,000 views.
