I attribute my success to dedication, relationship-building, and a steadfast belief in myself. I have been fortunate to help shape the field of retail security for over two decades, beginning my career at a time when the industry was predominantly male. Throughout this journey, I’ve witnessed and contributed to its growing diversity, working on the front lines of physical security and forging strong partnerships with retailers and solution providers to help keep communities safe.

For me, the heart of this work is connection. My customers and partners have become a trusted extended family, and I deeply value the team I work with every day. I genuinely enjoy coming to work, knowing that the relationships we build and the work we do have a meaningful impact.

My journey has shown me that success comes not just from expertise or effort, but from nurturing trust, fostering collaboration, and remaining true to your vision. These principles continue to guide me in every project and partnership I undertake.

Outside of work, I enjoy boating, which allows me to relax, recharge, and appreciate the importance of balance and presence in life.
