Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sharon
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my determination and perseverance. I want to be a servant leader and do whatever is possible. My mentors have pulled me up while growing and taught me so much. It's about value, support, and empowerment to succeed.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was from my dad. He always told me about perseverance and that my beginning does not determine my ending. If I believe in it, regardless of the challenge, challenge it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them their beginning does not determine their ending. Just keep moving forward through faith, education, and whatever purpose that they have in life, and just prepare. There's so much of a journey and so much of a story that they have to tell.
