Dr. Sharon Reed, Ed.D
Dr. Sharon Reed, Ed.D., is a dedicated educator and organizational leader with extensive experience in teaching, program management, and staff development. Over her career, she has excelled in roles ranging from Special Education Teacher to Program Manager and Assistant Director, demonstrating a deep commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and success in both students and staff. Dr. Reed’s expertise spans educational technology, curriculum development, teacher training, literacy, and talent acquisition, making her a versatile leader in academic and program operations.
Throughout her career, Dr. Reed has been instrumental in designing and implementing programs that promote skill-building and personal development. At iCode School Wellesley, she supports afterschool and summer programs that teach life skills alongside innovative technologies, helping students develop problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience. Previously, she managed programs at BAMSI, ensuring high-quality support for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, overseeing staff training, compliance, and financial management. Her leadership is marked by her ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and the community while driving program success.
Dr. Reed’s academic accomplishments reflect her lifelong commitment to education and professional growth. She earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Phoenix, and holds teaching credentials for grades 5–12.
