Sharon Ringier
Sharon Ringier is a visionary entrepreneur, media innovator, and business strategist devoted to helping women achieve clarity, purpose, and visibility in every area of their personal and professional lives. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 1997 by founding Sharon Ringier Events, where she designed and executed boutique corporate, social, and milestone experiences with creativity, precision, and strategic impact. This foundation in event planning sparked her passion for creating platforms that elevate women and showcase their expertise.
In 2018, Sharon expanded her vision by launching the I’m Possible Women’s Empowerment Collaborative (IPWEC), a transformative initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of women entrepreneurs, fostering mentorship, and building community. In 2023, she rebranded the media arm as The Possible Woman Magazine, creating a publication that celebrates women’s achievements and provides actionable guidance for business growth. Today, she is in the process of evolving the entire IPWEC platform under the unified brand The Possible Woman, offering a cohesive ecosystem that includes the Possible Woman Collective, signature events, and high-visibility opportunities.
Sharon is also the creator of the Goal-Getter Business Mastery Bootcamp, a high-impact program designed to equip female entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies, and accountability needed to clarify their vision, accelerate growth, and achieve measurable results. Her signature approach blends strategic clarity, purposeful action, and visibility-driven opportunities, helping women overcome barriers, gain confidence, and elevate their presence in meaningful ways—including features on a New York Times Square Billboard.
A passionate mentor and community-builder, Sharon fosters collaborative networks and masterminds that connect women across industries, celebrate wins, and cultivate leadership. Her work is guided by creativity, resilience, and connection, inspiring women to transform obstacles into opportunities and turn the impossible into the possible.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to embracing creativity, taking risks, and committing to lifelong learning. Mentorship and support from strong women in my life, including my mentor Tracy and my godmother Rose, have also guided me, helping me navigate challenges and build impactful initiatives.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received is to embrace visibility and use my voice consistently. It’s not enough to work hard; you must also ensure your work and impact are seen by the right people.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I advise young women to overcome fear, embrace their visibility, and prioritize building meaningful connections. Seek mentorship, find accountability partners, and lift others as you rise. The relationships you cultivate are just as important as your skills.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities lie in leveraging multiple platforms to amplify women’s voices and create measurable impact, from publishing to global events. A challenge is ensuring that women entrepreneurs have access to networks and visibility, particularly in traditionally male-dominated industries.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, empowerment, collaboration, and creativity guide both my work and personal life. I value building communities where women feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving their goals without compromise.
