Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sharrie
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just trust the process that currently is in front of you, and know that it'll work, as long as you yourself believe in it. If you don't believe in the process, then you really have to pull back, think about it, and be honest, and ask yourself, what is the process that would work best, and then fight for that.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Relationship building is not something taught in school anymore. With the online world, we can connect better when we are not face-to-face, but when face-to-face, social cues and how to have a conversation comes to play. It's beneficial if people can learn to have conversations in person.
