Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sharyn

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being a lifelong student—always pushing myself to grow, learn, and improve. I’m most proud of training hundreds of sales professionals and guiding them to their “AHA moments.”

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is: confidence is everything—remember, even those you admire are human, and you’re never too young or inexperienced to believe in yourself.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The value most important to me is integrity. I take great pride in choosing what’s right, modeling that for others, and committing to doing what I said I was going to do. I seek this trait out in others and surround myself with those who also value it.

Creativity and family are also important values in my work and personal life - my home is my biggest project, and I love designing it alongside my husband and daughter while enjoying the warmth and beauty of Virginia Beach.
