ShaTonga Jones

ShaTonga Jones serves as the Business Relationship Manager for the subscription services department at Dow Jones. She began her career in 2001 at the New York Post in customer service after moving back to New York from Virginia following college and the challenges of the post-9/11 job market. Over 24 years, she advanced through roles in marketing, outbound retention, delivery logistics, reporting, and retention for publications including the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and MarketWatch before taking on her current position, which draws on her broad experience in performance marketing, product management, business administration, and operations. Jones earned her Master's of Science in Corporate Communication from Baruch College in 2017. She contributes to the First Step Program through the New York Homeless Coalition as a steering committee member, providing mock interviews and elevator pitch coaching, and has been a member of the Order of Eastern Saws for 16 years while serving as church secretary and supporting community outreach.
