Her Story

About Shawnelle

I've built my career in the HVAC industry with a strong foundation in education, holding both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from the University of Mount Union and University of North Florida respectively. In 2024, I achieved significant success by generating over $5 million in equipment and $1 million in parts and supply, which ranked me second among North Florida accounts and 27th in the USA. I've consistently achieved sales plan year over year, which I consider one of my most notable professional achievements. I'm actively involved in industry leadership, serving as an Executive Board Member on the North Florida Builders Association and as a Board Member of the Association of Air Conditioning. I'm also a member of both the National Association of Home Builders and the Florida Home Builders Association. My expertise spans HVAC industry knowledge, sales and marketing, leadership, team building, account management, and sales processing. I've invested in my professional development through certifications including Variable Speed Outdoor Product Technical Certification in application, installation and troubleshooting, as well as soft skills training in developing a mindset of growth and learning and leadership on developing women leaders. Outside of work, I focus on parenting my 5-year-old daughter Monroe, and I enjoy swimming and working out.
