Shazia Nazz Mallick

I have been in IT services for close to 20 years, transitioning through various transformational roles throughout my career. I started with managing specific clients in a delivery role, managing IT infrastructure, and from there I have handled various transition and transformation roles for our clients. I have also been in product management, project manager, and program manager roles. Currently, I'm heading a team of 400 resources globally, and we are managing the IT quality and the knowledge part of the services, basically driving service excellence. My main areas of expertise are in service excellence, stakeholder management, and IT service management, and I'm also an Azure-certified Solution Architect.
