Her Interview
Ten minutes with Shea
01What do you attribute your success to?
The thing that pushes me is being able to help others. I prayed that if the Lord ever got me in the financial industry, I would teach people everything I know. I attribute my success to my training from the Lord, as I had no accounting degree or financial background, coming from selling shoes and teaching school, yet became successful in banking.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just be yourself, be authentic. Make sure that you get to know your clients and your teammates. Don't look for how people can get along with you, look for how you can get along with people. First self to make this person like you.
