Q

What do you attribute your success to?

If I had to pin it down, it’s God first, followed by the example set by my parents. Watching them navigate entrepreneurship as natural-born leaders showed me that success isn't just about formal education—it’s about stamina and character. They raised me to be tough, motivating, and above all, confident. They taught me how to stand in my boldness and speak my truth without losing my grace. I wouldn't have that internal compass without the spiritual foundation my mother gifted me.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is to stay grounded in who you are and what you believe. In the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, there is often pressure to conform, but I’ve learned that moving in integrity is the only way to sustain long-term success. While standing by your values might occasionally cause controversy, it guarantees you something far more valuable: peace. When you lead from a place of truth, you never have to second-guess your steps.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Allow your passion and purpose to blossom into something great. My biggest piece of advice is to never be money-led, but purpose-driven. When you focus on solving real problems and serving people with excellence, the profit inevitably follows. To do that effectively, become a student of your craft. Seek out mentors, stay curious, and build your confidence alongside your skills. When you lead with purpose and back it up with a strong work ethic, you create a career that isn't just successful—it’s significant.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, the non-negotiables are honesty and trustworthiness. I often ask, ‘Who are you if you aren't trustworthy?’ My foundation is built on biblical truths, which guide how I treat people. I believe in the 'extra mile' philosophy; doing more than what is required. I also prioritize 'seeing the human.' For me, leadership is about addressing the issue with kindness and ensuring that people feel valued even when we are tackling tough challenges.
