Sheena Fain

Sheena Fain is a community engagement and workforce development professional with over 10 years of experience. She has served in her current role at Turner Construction for four years, following prior government work in Akron where she was appointed by the mayor. Her career emphasizes advocacy for people and communities, supported by an MBA in business from the University of Phoenix, a certification in entrepreneurship studies from Cornell University, and studies in operations and AI at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated and CRU (Women in Commercial Real Estate).
