Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sheena
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say God. Social beliefs, of course. And my amazing husband, who supports everything I do, and family and friends. I have to attribute everything to my spiritual belief, my faith.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Definitely find your niche. Every day when you wake up, it doesn't feel like a job. That it's your passion. And even if nobody recognizes you or pays you for that, That you're following your dreams.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Funding is always hard, because of no funding, I'm not able to do have employees in my own organization, so we do everything we do for free. The second obstacle would just be finding time for everything sometimes. Finding balance.
