About Sheila
I've been working in customer service for about 30 years, mostly helping seniors with their benefits like Medicare and Medicaid. I take calls, quote benefits, explain co-pays and what's available during open enrollment. Currently I'm out of work but looking to get back into senior benefits work. I also have experience with child support and taxpayer services.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My children. They are the key factor to my success through the years.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To have patience. You have to listen to hear, and not listen to respond. Listen to understand.
