Finding my voice wasn't about being the loudest. It was about trusting what I'd seen, solved, and built and stopping waiting for permission to know what I know.

Her Interview
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, adaptability, and being willing to follow my own path even when it didn’t look traditional to others. Going back to school later in life took a lot of courage and determination, but it taught me the value of continued growth, discipline, and trusting myself.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned how to bring together different parts of my background in meaningful ways. One of the best examples was being able to combine my music business education with my healthcare and compliance experience while working on tour with Jimmy Buffett during COVID as a COVID Compliance Coordinator.
Graduating as valedictorian from Full Sail University after the age of 40, earning multiple academic honors, and serving as president of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars chapter are accomplishments I’m proud of, but more than anything, they reflect persistence, resilience, and a willingness to keep moving forward despite challenges or outside opinions.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Your path may not follow a linear one, and that’s okay. Some of the best opportunities happen when you’re willing to step outside the expected path and stay open to growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
"Don't be afraid to take risks and don't be afraid to start over if something's not working"
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the entertainment industry right now is keeping pace with rapid changes in technology and audience behavior. It’s also a highly relationship-driven industry, which makes adaptability and trust more important than ever. I think the biggest opportunity is for professionals who are willing to keep learning, evolve with the industry, and help bridge creativity, operations, and innovation.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Service, integrity, compassion, and community are values that guide both my personal and professional life. I’ve always been drawn to roles centered around helping others, creating stability, and supporting the people and systems that keep organizations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Professionally, I enjoy organizing complex environments, developing efficient systems, and building workflows that help teams operate more effectively. Personally, giving back to others has always been important to me. Coming from a military family, veterans and military support organizations hold a special place in my heart, and I’ve volunteered with organizations including Operation Homefront and Platoon 22. I’m also passionate about empowering women and girls through organizations such as Girl Scouts.
Community service has remained a consistent part of my life, including volunteering as an EMT with our county Fire and Rescue department while balancing a full-time career. Advocacy and support for the autism community are also deeply personal to me as the parent of two children on the spectrum.
At the core of everything I do is a desire to help people, create order during challenging situations, and contribute in meaningful ways both professionally and personally.
