Sheila B. Tillich

Sheila B. is an accomplished transformational coach, holistic healing practitioner, and conscious leadership educator with over four decades of experience in healthcare, recovery, wellness education, and holistic healing. She is the Founder of Sheila B Healing, where she empowers individuals, professionals, and organizations to heal, grow, lead, and thrive through transformational coaching, HeartMath techniques, wellness education, energy healing, and conscious leadership development. Her areas of expertise include stress reduction, emotional resilience, recovery education, and workplace wellness. Throughout her career, she has guided over 3,000 individuals through coaching and wellness programs, trained more than 500 wellness practitioners, taught over 200 Integrated Energy Therapy certification classes, and produced more than 225 podcast episodes as host of the Ascension Wisdom Podcast. She is also a Certified HeartMath Coach, a Master Instructor Trainer at The Center of Being, Inc., and an Ordained Metaphysical Minister with the International Metaphysical Ministry. She holds a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science from The University of Metaphysics and The University of Sedona. Her mission is to help individuals reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, resilience, and conscious transformation so they can live, lead, and serve with purpose and heart-centered wisdom.
