Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering the industry to never be afraid to ask for help. Seeking guidance, feedback, and support is a strength, not a weakness, and it accelerates both learning and growth. Building relationships and learning from others will help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the field right now is building a strong portfolio while not always being given the opportunity to prove your capabilities. At the same time, this creates an opportunity for individuals to seek creative ways to showcase their skills, pursue hands-on projects, and demonstrate value through real-world results.
