01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous learning and a genuine investment in people. I focus less on titles and more on creating value, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. I believe that consistently learning, supporting others, and finding effective solutions have been important to my growth as a leader.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is that leadership is not about the title you hold; it is about the impact you have on people and the example you set. 03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

People are at the center of how I approach leadership. I value continuous learning, meaningful relationships, personal growth, problem-solving, and creating value for others. I believe people perform at their best when they feel seen, valued, supported, and given opportunities to grow.
