She is a dynamic retail leader with over six years of experience in store management, team development, and customer experience excellence across premier lifestyle and accessory brands. Currently serving as Store Director at Bobbles & Lace Savannah, she leads all aspects of store operations, team performance, and business development. Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Store Manager at vineyard vines, Sales Associate and Certified Diamontologist at Davis Jewelers, Store Manager at Sunglass Hut, and Assistant Store Manager and Retail Full Time Sales Lead at Fabletics, where she honed her expertise in recruiting, training, budget management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Southeast, where she was an active member of Sigma Kappa Sorority and the Student Alumni Association.
