01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continuous learning, adaptability, and my commitment to investing in people. With nearly eight years of experience in the technology industry and more than 15 years in sales, I have developed a strong foundation in customer-focused selling, account analysis, relationship building, and leveraging new technologies to improve efficiency. One of my greatest accomplishments has been mentoring dozens of new in career team members who went on to earn promotions to advance their careers. As teams grew, I recognized the importance of creating a more effective and scalable onboarding experience, which led me to spearhead the development of a structured program featuring training videos, collaborative workshops, and repeatable learning resources. This initiative helped accelerate ramp time while providing new representatives with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed, and quickly. I believe that investing in continuous education, whether through my computer science background, MBA certification, or sales and leadership training, has been essential to my growth and ability to make a lasting impact.
