I attribute my success to overcoming my fears — especially the fear of public speaking and putting myself forward. Being forced into situations where I had to present and train others helped me build confidence over time, and that experience has been pivotal to my growth.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” Having multiple options and backup plans has helped me navigate challenges and seize opportunities without being overly reliant on a single path.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never let fear get in your way. If you believe you can, you can. Take risks, push yourself outside your comfort zone, and pursue opportunities that challenge you — growth happens when you confront what scares you.
