Shelley Poliner

Shelley Poliner, PT (She/Her) is a seasoned physical therapist with over 30 years of experience in a broad range of clinical settings, including hospitals, schools, retirement communities, rehab facilities, and home health care. Currently practicing with Luna Physical Therapy in Naples, Florida, Shelley brings deep expertise in outpatient care delivered in home settings, with a strong focus on functional recovery and patient-centered care.

Throughout her career, Shelley has been committed to empowering individuals and their caregivers by combining evidence-based practice with personalized treatment plans. Her clinical specialties include neurologic rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and geriatric physical therapy. She holds certifications in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) and LSVT BIG, a specialized program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, which she re-certified in 2022 to continue providing high-quality care to this population.

Shelley earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and has built a reputation as a compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly dedicated therapist. Her work is guided by a belief in continuous learning, collaborative care, and the importance of treating the whole person—not just the condition. She is passionate about helping clients regain independence and improve their quality of life through skilled, empathetic therapy in the comfort of their homes.
