The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now include staying ahead of economic and global changes, continuously learning new skills, and ensuring employees know we are here to support and guide them. It’s also essential to educate them on policies so they can make informed, better decisions.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are being a good listener, being an effective problem solver, and embracing change with a positive mindset.
