About Shelly

Shelly Castle owns and operates Impeccable Rideshare LLC, a limousine and party bus company based in Houston, Texas, which she launched 4.5 years ago. After losing multiple jobs during COVID and starting with just $700, she built the business through relentless hustle and a commitment to safety and unforgettable customer experiences. Castle holds an Associates of Science degree earned in 2003 from National Institute of Technology in medical assisting and completed additional coursework at Lone Star Montgomery College in 2009. She is also the author of the memoir Spread the Word, I'm Making It Happen, released in November 2024, which became an award finalist. Her achievements include being named Top Entrepreneur of the Year, Top Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Lux Life Magazine Wedding Transportation Company of the Year for three years running, and placing eighth in the Entrepreneur of Impact 2020 competition hosted by Daymond John. Castle attributes her success to go-getterness, grit, and inspiration drawn from social media presence and advice to dream big from Grant Cardone. She emphasizes values of hard work, legacy, and promoting safety in the transportation industry.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Shelly

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is due to my go-getterness, grit, and inspiration. I inspire on social media and LinkedIn where magazines find me. Someone referred my story to a publisher leading to my book. I started with nothing after hitting rock bottom during COVID and hustled with $700.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice is don't stop and just start no matter if you're ready or not. There's never a perfect time. Grant Cardone told me to dream big which inspired me to go greater with my business.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have some money saved up or a paycheck as backup before starting because it's competitive. Start while working another job and invest in the business. Protect yourself with pepper spray or taser. Consider a business partner.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are high competition because the market is saturated and lack of money. I hit rock bottom again with no money for food or rent but I never give up.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Hard work, inspiration, legacy, and safety are most important. I want to leave a legacy of impact and keep the city safe by promoting safety in every post and maintaining vehicles well.
