I am an experienced insurance professional and leadership coach passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow with confidence. As the Owner of Emerge Coaching Solutions LLC, I provide coaching and business relationship support that empowers leaders to develop clarity, strengthen performance, and achieve sustainable success.

Before launching my coaching business, I built a 12-year career with Builders Mutual Insurance Company, advancing from Underwriter Trainee to Underwriting Manager. Along the way, I served as an Underwriting Trainer, mentoring teams and designing training programs that improved underwriting performance and professional development. Earlier in my career, I worked at BB&T Insurance Services Inc., where I gained foundational experience in client service and insurance operations.

I hold an MBA from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. My passion lies in leadership coaching, team development, and helping professionals navigate growth, change, and success with purpose.
