About Sheri
Sheri Cogley is a Life and Success Coach specializing in new life design and career development. After 25 years in corporate America coaching women on career advancement and authentic leadership, she transitioned in 2023 to a broader practice that integrates personal and professional values. She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and certifications including Certified Life and Success Coach from the Jay Shetty Certification program, PMP, leader of leaders, and Culture Ambassador. As a board member and volunteer for Yana M2M, a mom-to-mom peer organization, she leads women's circles and supports women's empowerment. Sheri attributes her success to mentors, coaches, and the inspirational women in her family who taught her to believe in herself and show up boldly without waiting for permission.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I have been so incredibly fortunate to have had amazing mentors in my life, amazing coaches in my life. Those people that taught me to believe in myself and to know that internally we have what we need. I stand on the shoulders of amazing women in my family, inspirational women that have supported me throughout my journey and have always been there as a tribe to encourage me forward.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't wait for permission. Be bold, be audacious, and show up and be the challenger. Women have shrunk, apologized, edited, waited, and lived in a way expected by society, but when given permission to show up and be bold and unapologetic and fully express their authentic self, outcomes are different.
