Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my genuine passion for what I do.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is the importance of consistency. In real estate, where business naturally rises and falls, maintaining a steady and disciplined approach has been key. I’ve learned to manage my finances wisely during strong periods so I can remain stable during slower ones, allowing me to focus on serving clients without being impacted by market fluctuations. Ultimately, I treat my career like a long-term business rather than focusing on individual paydays, which helps me stay grounded and effective.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to be disciplined in how you structure and protect your workday, because consistency is key to long-term success. At the same time, don’t lose sight of enjoying the process—have fun, build meaningful relationships, and find fulfillment in the work you do. Just as importantly, take care of yourself so you can show up as your best self for your clients and your career.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field is keeping up with constant change, especially in technology and marketing. From not relying on cell phones early in my career to now adapting to AI tools, the learning curve has been ongoing. At the same time, these changes are also opportunities, as AI improves efficiency and marketing has evolved from print media to a strong focus on social media and digital influence.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and honesty. I believe in doing what I say I’m going to do and holding myself to a standard of accountability in everything I take on. Being above reproach builds trust and gives people confidence in who they are working with, which is essential in any professional relationship.
