Sheri Resnick

I started my HR career in New York City at Skadden Arps, which is one of the largest law firms in the world, where I really cut my teeth in the HR function. From there, I moved to Penguin Books as a manager, working with a publisher that covers many genres from academic books to romance novels. I then took 16 years off to have my family and raised three children. In 2010, I went back to work at Scripps Florida, a basic biomedical research institute, where I worked on their HR team. After that experience, I opened my own HR consultancy business, which I've been running for 11 years now. As a fractional HR consultancy, I serve as the outsourced HR department for my clients, handling almost every single thing under the HR umbrella including customized training like leadership training, coaching leaders on managing employees, recruiting, policy writing, and much more.
