Her Story

About Sheridan

I am a licensing, regulatory, and compliance professional with over five years of experience in the financial services and consumer lending sectors, currently serving as Licensing and Regulatory Manager at Upgrade, Inc., a role I have held since February 2025, where I lead licensing and regulatory initiatives to ensure compliance across the organization. Prior to this promotion, I served as Licensing and Regulatory Supervisor for one year, overseeing licensing operations and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Upgrade, I spent over three years at DriveTime in progressively responsible roles, including Compliance Analyst, Team Lead for Licensing, and Licensing Compliance Specialist, where I developed deep expertise in licensing compliance and regulatory requirements. I also worked at Bridgecrest, a sister company to DriveTime, as Quality Control Specialist and Quality Assurance Specialist, where I focused on quality assurance and control processes. I began my career in quality assurance at 24-7 Intouch, where I served as a Spotify Quality Assurance Specialist for over two years.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.

Across my career in licensing, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, my work has been driven by a commitment to ensuring organizational compliance, mitigating risk, and building processes that support operational excellence. Whether I am managing licensing operations, leading compliance teams, or conducting quality assurance, I bring a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to upholding regulatory standards that protect both the organization and its customers. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing regulatory compliance and licensing at Upgrade, Inc.
