She is an experienced workplace safety and EHS professional with over a decade of experience across manufacturing, food production, and business operations. She currently serves as a Safety Manager at Soulshine Farms, following her role as Complex Safety Manager at Koch Foods, where she led safety operations across two facilities supporting 1,500+ employees, managed a 10-member safety team, and oversaw OSHA compliance, incident investigations, training, and safety KPIs. Previously, she held Safety Manager roles at The Legacy Cabinet Company and Masada Bakery. She also founded and directs an event planning business, bringing additional expertise in business management and client operations.
