Sherri Jones

Sherri Jones is CEO and Founder with over 25 years of experience in public relations, organizational development, and leadership consulting. She began her career working for the Department of the Navy in a public affairs office at a Naval Air Station after high school, where her background in writing, yearbook editing, and graphic design aligned well with public relations work. She later joined the Navy as a reservist after meeting her husband who was serving in the military. Due to frequent moves from her husband's active duty orders, she reinvented herself in new roles that expanded her expertise. She served as Vice President of Administration at a tech company, overseeing public relations, brand, strategy, operations, and administration. In her current work, Sherri provides CEO coaching, board governance, and consulting to nonprofits and businesses, particularly veteran-focused organizations. She assists clients with brand awareness, brand identity, volunteer job descriptions, employee handbooks, media relations, events, and organizational change management to help them grow, secure funding, and build partnerships. She volunteers with Friends of Fisher House of Illinois and other veteran nonprofits.
