About Sherron

I am an operations and technology leader with over two decades of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and technology strategy, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at UnSpoken Memories Inc, a role I have held since June 2025, where I oversee operational strategy, enterprise partnership development, compliance alignment, scalable systems architecture, and cross-functional execution for a secure legacy video messaging platform designed to preserve emotional continuity beyond formal documentation. I also served as Chief Technology Officer at UnSpoken Memories for over a year, where I developed and oversaw the company's technology strategy, defined the technology roadmap, led the design and development of new products, and managed IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

Prior to my work at UnSpoken Memories, I spent over fifteen years at Nissan Motor Corporation in progressively responsible roles, including Senior Purchasing Manager for Indirect Procurement, where I define and present strategic IT and IS sourcing engagements, lead a diverse team of category managers, establish and maintain relationships with critical supplier bases, and meet with executive-level internal partner clients to ensure understanding of cross-functional needs and compliance with global purchasing policy. I also served as Purchasing Manager for Indirect Procurement for over three years, where I managed a team with an estimated annual spend of three hundred fifty million dollars, exceeded annual cost reduction targets, provided leadership and coaching, established strong relationships with internal and external personnel, and communicated and presented ideas to management proactively. I served as Senior Strategic Buyer for Indirect Procurement for over two years, where I managed indirect commodity portfolios with an estimated annual value of two hundred thirty-nine million dollars, developed strategies and negotiated year-over-year cost reductions for temporary labor contracts with an estimated value of one hundred forty-four million dollars, and trained and developed junior buyers. I also served as Buyer for Logistics and Transportation Purchasing for over five years, where I managed an inbound transportation and distribution supply chain portfolio with an estimated annual value of seventy-five to one hundred million dollars, negotiated and administered contracts with suppliers, generated complex strategic RFPs, and became a subject matter expert for truckload, less-than-truckload, and small parcel transportation markets.

Earlier in my career, I served as Purchasing Analyst at Kelly Services on behalf of Nissan North America for over a year, where I improved and maintained a purchasing forecast database, compiled and interpreted SAP financial data, and facilitated sourcing activities, and as Buyer at Imagepoint Inc for over three years, where I conducted cost analysis and benchmark activities for RFQs and negotiated contract and one-off pricing.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Across my career in operations, technology, and supply chain management, my work has been driven by a commitment to strategic leadership, operational excellence, and building scalable systems that support organizational growth and innovation. Whether I am leading technology strategy, managing complex supply chains, or overseeing operational execution, I bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach that drives results and creates lasting value. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing operational and technology strategy at UnSpoken Memories Inc.
