Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to integrity. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that talent and skill matter, but trust is what sustains growth. I make it a point to stay true to my values and deliver on every promise — that consistency builds credibility, both with clients and teams. One of my proudest moments was turning an account that was on the verge of being lost into a 27% profit within eight months — not through shortcuts, but through clarity, collaboration, and follow-through. Another defining experience was leading the proposal effort that helped secure a $400 million new business contract. Both moments reaffirmed what I believe deeply: when you lead with integrity and perseverance, results naturally follow.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

A mentor once told me to live and work based on principles, not circumstances. That idea completely shifted how I lead. In every decision, I try to act from my values rather than react to pressure. It’s how I’ve built trust with clients, kept teams aligned, and turned challenges into opportunities. Integrity, to me, is simply living in alignment with what matters most.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is simple: don’t wait until you’re given a seat at the table — bring your own chair. Find your voice early, speak with conviction, and contribute your ideas with confidence. You don’t need permission to make an impact; you earn influence by showing up prepared, grounded in your values, and willing to lead before you’re asked to.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge and opportunity in marketing right now is the rise of AI. It’s transforming everything — how we analyze data, create content, and connect with audiences. The challenge is that it’s moving faster than most organizations can adapt, which can create noise, fear, or misuse. But the opportunity is enormous. AI can free us from repetitive tasks and give us deeper insights, allowing marketers to focus on strategy, creativity, and empathy — the things machines can’t replicate. The future belongs to those who know how to pair technology with human judgment.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and empathy are at the center of everything I do. Integrity means doing the right thing even when it’s inconvenient — staying true to my word, my values, and the people who trust me. Empathy keeps me grounded; it reminds me that marketing, leadership, and even parenting all come down to understanding people. Together, those values guide how I make decisions, build relationships, and lead teams — with honesty, respect, and purpose.
