Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my background in technology. My experience in tech has equipped me with the skills to innovate, solve complex problems, and adapt quickly to new challenges. It has given me a strong foundation to understand both the opportunities and the obstacles in building scalable solutions, and it continues to guide my approach to leadership and entrepreneurship.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is that women remain a minority in tech. This underrepresentation can create barriers in terms of access to leadership opportunities, mentorship, and visibility. However, it also presents a significant opportunity: by breaking through these barriers, women in tech can pave the way for others, shape inclusive workplace cultures, and drive innovation with diverse perspectives. For me, it’s about leveraging my experience to empower other women, advocate for equitable opportunities, and demonstrate that leadership and technical expertise go hand in hand.
