I don’t just work in Human Resources—I build environments where people grow, leaders thrive, and organizations transform.

With more than 25 years of experience leading people strategy across global, high-performing organizations, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of business and humanity. From manufacturing floors to executive boardrooms, I’ve partnered with leaders to align talent with strategy, strengthen culture, and drive meaningful, measurable results.

Currently, as Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Delta Electronics, I lead enterprise HR strategy across manufacturing, data center, infrastructure, and service operations. My work is centered on building scalable organizations, developing strong leadership pipelines, and creating cultures where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to perform at their best.

Before Delta, I spent 24 years with Toyota North America, where I had the opportunity to grow, lead, and shape enterprise talent strategies at one of the world's most respected organizations. Those years grounded me in operational excellence, leadership discipline, and the power of investing in people.,But my work goes beyond corporate leadership.

As a certified John Maxwell Executive and Leadership Coach, speaker, and facilitator—and the founder of Collective Principles—I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations lead with intention. I believe leadership is not about titles—it’s about impact, connection, and the ability to inspire others to rise.

I’ve coached and developed hundreds of leaders across industries, helping them navigate complexity, communicate with confidence, and lead through change with clarity and purpose.

What I Believe

  • Leadership starts with intention and is sustained through connection
  • Strong cultures don’t happen by accident—they are built with purpose
  • When people feel seen, heard, and valued, performance follows
  • Growth requires both accountability and support
  • Every individual has the potential to lead and create impact

Whether I’m partnering with executives, developing emerging leaders, or speaking to organizations, my mission is simple:

to help people lead better, live with purpose, and create lasting impact.

When I’m not working with organizations or coaching leaders, I’m investing in what matters most—my family, my personal growth, and experiences that continue to shape my perspective and purpose. We empowered and inspired them to perform at their best.

Before Delta, I spent 24 years with Toyota North America, where I had the opportunity to grow, lead, and shape enterprise talent strategies at one of the world's most respected organizations. Those years didn’t just build my expertise—they shaped my leadership philosophy and reinforced my belief that investing in people is the most powerful driver of long-term success.

But my work goes beyond corporate leadership. They afforded me the experience to have Kaizen, lean leadership, and the heart of their "North Star" Respect for People ingrained in my life, not just as an employee but as a human being who can serve others.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Over the course of my 25+ year career, I’ve received a lot of advice—but the most impactful lessons weren’t just things I was told, they were things I lived, tested, and proved to be true.

Stay curious and lead with compassion.

No matter how experienced you become, never stop learning and never lose sight of people. Skills can be developed—but how you treat others is what defines your leadership. I’ve built my career by leading with empathy, transparency, and genuine care for people. That is not something I adjust based on the room—I stand by it. Our people are our greatest asset, and when you take the time to truly know them—by walking the floor, listening, and connecting on a human level—you build trust that drives real performance.

Advocate for yourself—your voice matters.

Do not depend on others to speak for you. Be clear on your value, your goals, and what you bring to the table—and communicate it with confidence. At the same time, be intentional about building your circle of influence. Having a mentor, a sponsor, and a personal and professional board of directors is essential—but understand the difference.

  • Mentors guide you
  • Sponsors advocate for you
  • Your board of directors challenges and sharpens you

Choose people who truly believe in you and all you have to offer. Those are the individuals you want speaking your name in rooms you’re not in.

Don’t let “no” define your path.

If you want something—a role, an opportunity, a seat at the table—don’t let rejection stop you. Let it refine you. Some of the best opportunities in my career came after a “no.” I stayed persistent, prepared, and focused. Because sometimes “no” is not the end—it’s redirection.

Treat every opportunity as a chance for growth—and learn fast from failure.

Not everything will go right, and that’s part of the journey. I’ve learned to move quickly through setbacks, take the lesson, and keep going. Failures, when handled the right way, will shape you into a stronger, more capable leader. In many cases, what felt like a setback turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me.

But above all, the most defining lesson I’ve learned is this:

Lean into your truth—and never apologize for who you are.

I’ve built a deep confidence in myself, and I genuinely love who I am as a person and as a leader. That confidence has been the foundation of my success. I chose not to conform to others’ expectations, but to lead with authenticity, clarity, and purpose. Because of that, I’ve built a career I’m proud of and do work that I truly love.

I love who I am. I trust who I am. And I’ve built my success by staying true to that—without apology.

Because confidence in who you are isn’t arrogance—it’s alignment.

And when you’re aligned, success follows.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to women entering this space is to believe in who you are and stay committed to your growth. The journey will come with challenges, and there will be moments that test your confidence—but those moments are often where the greatest growth happens. I’ve learned that success doesn’t come from avoiding difficulty, but from leaning into it with resilience, determination, and a willingness to keep moving forward.

Be intentional about building relationships and surrounding yourself with people who support your growth. Seek out mentors who will guide you, challenge you, and help you see what’s possible. At the same time, be someone who encourages and uplifts others. When women support each other, we don’t just grow individually—we create stronger, more inclusive environments where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

If you aspire to lead, do so with integrity, authenticity, and confidence. You don’t need to change who you are to be effective. In fact, your perspective, your voice, and your experiences are what make you valuable. I’ve built my career by staying true to myself, trusting what I bring to the table, and continuing to grow along the way. Confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers—it comes from knowing your value and being willing to show up fully.

Most importantly, remember that you have the ability to make an impact in everything you do. Whether you are leading a team, contributing to a project, or supporting others in their growth, your presence matters. When you approach your work with purpose and intention, you naturally create influence and meaningful change.

I am committed to supporting and empowering women who are ready to grow, lead, and make a difference. There is space for you, your voice is needed, and your impact is real.

"Step into it with confidence—and trust that you are capable of more than you think."

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the most defining challenges in my career has been navigating corporate environments as a woman while remaining true to who I am. I’ve walked into rooms where I had to establish my voice, my credibility, and my presence—sometimes all at once. There were moments where it would have been easier to adjust, to conform, or to quiet parts of myself to fit what others expected.

But I made a conscious decision: I would not compromise who I am to succeed—I would grow through the challenges and use them as opportunities to lead differently.

I didn’t avoid the obstacles—I moved through them. I embraced them. Every challenge became a moment to learn, to strengthen my confidence, and to refine how I showed up as a leader. When faced with barriers, I focused on solutions. When I encountered resistance, I leaned into clarity and communication. And when I experienced setbacks, I used them as fuel to grow stronger and more intentional in my approach.

Over time, I realized that challenges are not meant to limit you—they are meant to shape you. They give you perspective, build resilience, and, if you allow them, create opportunities to make things better—not just for yourself, but for others as well.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about overcoming challenges— it’s about using them to create better experiences, stronger leaders, and more meaningful impact for those around you.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

At the core of who I am—both personally and professionally—are two values that guide every decision I make and every relationship I build: integrity and inclusivity. These are not just principles I speak about—they are standards I live by. Integrity is my foundation. It’s how I lead, how I show up, and how I make decisions—consistently and without compromise. I believe trust is built through actions, and I hold myself accountable to lead with honesty, transparency, and respect, even when it’s not the easiest path. Because for me, leadership is not about what is convenient—it’s about what is right.

Inclusivity is equally central to my leadership. I believe deeply in the value of others—in their voices, their experiences, and their perspectives. I am intentional about creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Where they know they belong. Because when people feel respected and empowered, they don’t just contribute—they thrive, innovate, and elevate those around them.

What makes this work meaningful to me is the impact it creates.

I genuinely love what I do. There is a level of excitement and purpose that comes with helping people grow, develop, and realize their potential. Whether I am coaching a leader, building a team, or shaping culture within an organization, I am driven by the opportunity to make a difference—not just in outcomes, but in people’s lives.

And that is where my legacy lives.

Titles or roles do not define my legacy—it is defined by the environments I create, the leaders I develop, and the people I impact along the way. It is reflected in the trust I build, the voices I help elevate, and the confidence I help others discover in themselves.

Because at the end of the day,

"I am not just building organizations—I am helping people build and grow their own people superpowers. And that is the work I am most proud of.
