About Sherryanne

Sherryanne Meyer is a seasoned technology and communications strategist with approximately 25 years of experience helping organizations communicate the value of enterprise technology and digital transformation. As a Technology and Communications Strategist at Mosaic Consulting Group, she develops compelling communications that strengthen brand positioning and translate complex technology concepts into practical, business-focused insights. Drawing on her expertise in writing, video production, social media, and market research, Meyer enables organizations to distinguish emerging technology trends from industry hype while fostering meaningful engagement with customers and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Mosaic Consulting Group, Meyer spent six years with Rising, where she played a key role in developing SAP-focused communications and technology practices. Earlier in her career, she led and supported SAP human capital management (HCM) implementation projects and was instrumental in building the Human Capital Management community for the Americas SAP Users Group (ASUG). Her broad experience spans enterprise technology, HR technology transformation, change management, thought leadership, and executive communications, making her a trusted voice in the SAP and HR technology ecosystem. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from Cedar Crest College and maintains professional credentials from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Meyer remains actively involved in the technology community as a volunteer with the Americas SAP Users Group and a participant in the SAP SuccessFactors Confidants program. She is recognized for her ability to simplify complex topics, ask thoughtful questions, and communicate with clarity and empathy—qualities she attributes to developing strong listening skills throughout her life. Guided by a steadfast commitment to integrity and honesty, Meyer believes effective leadership begins with understanding people and ensuring that technology serves human needs, enabling organizations to achieve meaningful and lasting transformation.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sherryanne

01What do you attribute your success to?

Listening is my superpower. Because I was shy growing up, I sat and listened. I realized that helped me learn, evaluate, process, and then ask the right questions about things that were missing or unclear.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Take a chance. Don't be afraid to take a chance, and believe in yourself. You can do it.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be open. Don't be so confident in yourself that you don't ask questions, because asking questions is how you really get to the root of what's real and what's true. Don't just parrot what everyone else says.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Changing technology means everyone has a different opinion. My job is to help people understand what it can do for them and identify hype from what's real. Working with software vendors to understand customer perception. Remote work makes it hard to get people to understand who you are without face-to-face interaction.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity. Honesty. Saying and doing the right thing, even when others might not agree with it.
