Shilpa Pherwani

She is a distinguished leadership development executive and CEO with over 25 years of experience in global leadership development, organizational psychology, and learning and development, currently serving as Principal and CEO of Ibis Consulting Group, a global leadership development firm she has led since 1999. Under her leadership, the firm has reached over 1 million professionals across 1,000+ organizations in 50+ countries. She has pioneered immersive, practice-based learning approaches including interactive theater with professional actors, live in-character dialogue, and AI-enabled simulations (MAPP™), and has developed the Inclusive Organization Framework (IOF) and the idea+ leadership platform.
