Shir Stenzler Kligler

I am a legal and business executive with deep expertise in aerospace and defense, international commercial mediation, and corporate governance. I currently serve as General Counsel at Wipro Aerospace, a role I held from November 2023 to April 2026, where I provided strategic legal counsel, navigated complex regulatory frameworks, and supported business development across the aerospace and defense sectors. I continue to serve as a Board Member at Wipro Aerospace, a position I have held since January 2024, where I contribute to governance and strategic oversight.

Alongside my corporate roles, I am a certified Commercial and Workplace Mediator, trained through the Israeli Center for Mediation and Arbitration, and have been practicing as a mediator since June 2021. I mediate cross-business disputes, international commercial conflicts between global companies, workplace disagreements between departments and individuals, and litigation and community matters. I completed a practicum with the Israeli courts for certified mediators, further deepening my expertise in conflict resolution and alternative dispute resolution.

I also serve as a Board Member at Yeadim Ltd. and Yeadim Animations & Games, a role I have held since January 2013, where I contribute legal compliance and business strategy expertise to support the company's growth and governance. Earlier in my career, I co-founded K.B.E Consultants, where I provided legal and business consulting services to technology and medical companies, helping them navigate legal challenges, achieve their goals, and resolve conflicts through strategic advice and mediation.
