About Shivani
Shivani Bhogra serves as a senior leader at LinkedIn, overseeing transformations within the Global Talent Organization to ensure maximum value realization from technology investments. In addition, she founded her own organization, which she revamped in 2016 to focus on AI transformation. Through this work, Shivani helps companies across industries realize the full potential of their AI investments by emphasizing humanizing AI, preparing people for adoption, restructuring operating models, and building strong business cases. Her approach stems from a deep understanding of people and organizations, honed over 20 years in the field. Shivani holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI and an undergraduate degree in Sociology Honors from India. She is certified in ProSci change management, project management, and AI. She attributes her success to pausing to listen, conducting thorough discovery and ambition scans, and effective stakeholder management. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to pausing and listening, being a good listener, doing good discoveries to understand the climate, the audience, the culture, the business case. I do an ambition scan first, then build the right story based on that. Stakeholder management and understanding where I am and what we are trying to achieve makes me successful.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Humility is the first and foremost. Understanding the other person's perspective is key, whether implementing something or in personal life. Taking a step back, doing discovery sessions, speaking their language, and understanding your audience leads to success, as shown when resistors became supporters and recommended me for an award.
