Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family and the constant support they’ve given me along the way. My brother, in particular, has been someone I’ve always looked up to and learned from. I also believe my empathy has played a big role, helping me build strong relationships and lead with understanding.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I’d encourage young women entering the industry to invest deeply in building strong, practical skills that set you apart. Seek out mentors and intentionally build a network of peers and advisors who can support and challenge you. Learn not only from established experts, but also from people just a step ahead of you — their insights are often the most relatable and immediately helpful.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are empathy, community, mentorship, and continuous upskilling. I believe in showing up for others with understanding, building strong and supportive networks, and helping those around me grow. I’m also committed to always learning, improving, and evolving so I can better serve my team, my community, and the people I work with.
