Her Interview
Ten minutes with shivani
01What do you attribute your success to?
My family and my husband supported me a lot, especially with the kids when I was taking classes on weekends or weekdays.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Nobody's prepared for anything, especially people who migrated without support. Know what you want, pursue your dreams, take steps even if things aren't sorted at first, and things will become clear after a few miles.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being honest and diligently supporting the place where you work. Align yourself with the company's vision rather than your own personal goals, so your individual contribution aligns with the bigger picture.
